Punta Ala is a tourist location built in the late sixties to become a shelter for high end tourists.
Punta Ala is located in the middle of Maremma, a wild and beautiful region in the heart of Tuscany.
From its foundation, Punta Ala has basically stayed untouched; you can get all you need to enjoy your vacation: a golf course, a polo course with horse riding facilities, tennis courts, a touristic harbour, bike trails, hiking trails and so on, but you still get the feeling that time has stopped and that you are living a vacation in the tuscan wild scrub.
There are no traffic lights in Punta Ala, no traffic jams, no noise; just a few shops and some building hidden beneath the trees; all you get is nature, sea, crystal clear waters, your favourite sport, great tuscan food, good fish and amazing wines.
